[Xastir] Xastir compile options

On Wed, Oct 25, 2006 at 06:26:02PM -0400, we recorded a bogon-computron collision of the <stephen.brown75 at gmail.com> flavor, containing:

You probably need to run "ldconfig" to make sure that your dynamic loader
knows to look in /usr/local/lib for shared libraries.  See the INSTALL 
document in Xastir's top-level directory and consult your system's manual for 
the right way to do that.  It varies from system to system.
