[Xastir] WMSradar Transparency

I tried the archives, which are functioning as of a few moments ago,  
but since they are missing several months of data I was unable to  
find an answer (although I know I've seen it discussed).

The transparency on WMSradar is broken right now (at least on my  
machine). How do I fix it? I found the .geo file and presume I can  
edit it with the correct transparency matching number if I can  
determine what it should be. I tried manually downloading the radar  
png file using the url in the same file (so I could try and determine  
the correct transparency), but I only received a file describing an  
error.
