[Xastir] Xastir install on Kubuntu

The wiki page shows what the line should look like after editing it.

In a fresh CVS checkout, it should be on around line 283.

I don't really know ---  I never use pre-packaged versions of xastir, so I
have no idea what package has a recent version and what is ancient.
