[Xastir] Announcing Splat 1.2.0b with support for Xastir .geo files

Do you have any contact info for KD2BD or a Splat group?
I have been using Splat! but lately am having some problems with the  
some of the counties and cities .dat files.
The program hangs on the Tennessee  counties files and none of the  
city .dat files seem to work.
