[Xastir] Xastir and TM-D710A

I've seen this on my D700 and my Alinco 135 when I tried to use a really old
usb to serial adapter that couldn't handle the handshaking.

I'd first try to find a computer with a real serial port.  Failing that,
start trying different usb to serial adapters and hope you find one that
works.

all I see is a repeat about 20+ times of a string:
