map_WMS.c, lines 330-337.

Then look at the xastir_snprintf() lines where the "WMStmp" variable
is constructed, which then gets copied to the "fileimg" variable
before the check for it in the map cache, then the call to
fetch_remote_file() if it's not in the cache.
