[Xastir] Kantronics kpc-3 vs kpc-2

I don't know about the 2 but there is no difference between the 3 and
3+ when it comes to xastir.

For the most part any TNC that does KISS will work (with a couple of
minor exceptions that the Kantronics don't fall in to).
