[Xastir] Geotiff missing...???

Most people have no need for GDAL anyway.  It's more for those that
have access to real GIS software and/or maps.  In most of those
cases one can use "ogr2ogr" to convert to something Xastir can use,
skipping the necessity to have GDAL support in Xastir even then.
