[Xastir] CAD object transmissions?

The Probability of Detection circles, yes.

CAD Objects, no.  They're currently for local display only.  There
aren't any facilities in the APRS spec we could use to send such
objects.  We could perhaps use the multiline protocol:

  <http://home.earthlink.net/~kg5qd/APRS_Multiline_Protocol.html>

But we'd have to add more to it so that we could send the parameters
across.
