[Xastir] no maps

Thanks for quick reply! I checked ~.xastir/tmp/ and there were no files in
there, so it appears nothing is being fetched. I tried reinstalling
libcurl. I am not familiar with libcurl - what is the syntax for using the
"curl" command to test it out?
