[Xastir] Leopard & Xastir

According to the X11-users mailing list at Apple's site, they changed the
codebase that X was built on for this release.  Very annoying.  Just
getting "back to work" has been a PITA.  Haven't yet tried building
xastir...  not sure its yet a good idea to bother.
