[Xastir] Install to OS X 10.5

When I loaded OS X 10.5 (Leopard), I did a clean install which means my copy
of Xastir has to be reinstalled. But when I got to the bootstrap below is
what I got, can anyway decipher this for me and tell me what I did wrong?
