[Xastir] ImageMagick upgrade

Did you compile Xastir from sources originally?  If so, did you run
through the "./configure; make; sudo make install" steps again with
Xastir after you changed libraries?

You need to recompile Xastir to use the new libraries if you switch
libraries underneath it.

If you originally installed a binary version of Xastir, you'll need
a new binary that uses the new library.
