[Xastir] Xastir and Fedora

Gerry,
Just got finished talking with the lead of the Amateur Radio SIG.  Told him what was going on (somewhat) and he asked that a comment be put on Red Hat's Bugzilla (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=434547) for the aprsd package.  I'd go ahead and do it before they really start working on it.  Apparently both Xastir and aprsd have some issues they are trying to work through to get it approved and in the repository.
