[Xastir] Xastir-Hardy VM Revised

Virtual Machine" to download.

This version of the Xastir pre-built virtual machine based on Xubuntu
Hardy Heron fixes the root privilege issue in the build directory and
the Berkeley Database library mismatch.  It also contains the latest
CVS version of Xastir downloaded on 7/29/08.

The download speed should be improved based on some recent changes,
but it's still only set up on a 2mbps uplink.  Once Tom, Bob, Jason,
and John post at their sites, the download times will be better still.
