[Xastir] Xastir-Hardy VM Revised

KB3EFS has the file as well and has it in the "Transmission BitTorrent
Client"; such that when I am online it is available here via the torrent.

My system is running Ubuntu 8.04 on a Intel(R)Celeron(R) M CPU 420 @ 1.60
GHz with a 1 MHz wireless pipeline to the internet.

Someone running "Ktorrent 3.1.0" at 66.114.157.223 is getting the file from
me as I type this.
