Remind all of us where that is?  I have seven states worth of the
old-format data, but don't recall whether I contributed them
already.  In any case, they're:

     CA.gnis
     HI.gnis
     ID.gnis
     MT.gnis
     NM.gnis
     OR.gnis
     WA.gnis
