[Xastir] Updated .dbfawk files from CVS

So far, so good on the .dbfawk files.

I have only two counties loaded in and I know that some of the counties 
to the south of me and the Chicago area are more complicated than what I 
have around here.

I have to pull them in but it won't be tonight.
