[Xastir] dbfawk files for Tiger-2008 shapefiles (Keith Kaiser)

I am very happy right now, Lee Bengston reposted his dbfawk files and  
now my maps look fantastic.

Thank you so much for trying to help me on the Dale, I really  
appreciate everyones efforts.
