[Xastir] Map caching in OS X

If you don't need 4.7, why not remove them all and remove the discrepancy?

> Thanks, I ended up using --with-bdb-libdir=/sw/lib and --with-bdb-incdir=/sw/include/db4 and that worked, as far as the configure step. However, it looks like I have a version discrepancy to work on:
