Currently Debian maintainership for xastir is recorded as a group,
Debian Hams group <debian-hams at lists.debian.org>,

Joop Stakenborg <pa3aba at debian.org> advised by upload on Wed, 18 Nov
2009 20:27:08 +0000 that he is retiring as uploader.  This is from the
changelog for the package.
