[Xastir] "range" circles

Yep.

The other semi-circle with a direction indicator was a
dead-reckoning circle from a moving station.  A moving station will
have a dashed direction line coming from it and a "ghost" icon out
at the end of that.  As time progresses you'll see arcs extend from
either side of the "ghost" icon.  If enough time elapses before the
dead-reckoning times-out those arcs will meet to form a complete
circle.  The arcs & ghost icon represent where the station MIGHT be
if it turned a bit but kept the same speed as last reported.
