[Xastir] WMSradar changed background?

I've got problems here.  I'm hoping to make serious headway tomorrow. 
Lost a sys admin for a month, and I don't speak LVM2 or sw RAID very 
well.  He'd implemented both and documented nothing.

My fault. peddling as fast as I can.
