[Xastir] KML snapshots question

Thanks Dick! I had forgotten that aprskml was Java and therefore
cross-platform. For some reason I had been thinking it only ran on
Windows, but it works fine on my Ubuntu box connecting to Xastir's
server port. Cool! Certainly easier than installing and setting up
Apache for this.
