[Xastir] UI-View32 logfiles vs. Xastir logfiles

I found a similar question in my archives from May of 2006 but no
solution was posted.  A sample of the format was requested in the
only response, but near as I can tell no sample was provided.

If you send a few lines from a UI-View log file we should be able to
help munge it into something useful.  If it might be used a bit in
the future we could add it to Xastir's scripts directory for future
releases.
