[Xastir] Fixed a MacBookPro error...

Hi all,
	After many months of not having Xastir work on my MacBookPro, I  
finally got fed up and tracked it down.  The problem was that I would  
start xaster and immediately after it printed the library status lines  
it would print "Error: Unresolved inheritance operation" and exit.   
This was with Xastir 1.9.5.  I could not find where this error message  
came from.  After some significant brute force searches ("find / -type  
f -exec fgrep Unresolved {} \; -print") the guilty party was  
identified as /usr/X11/lib/libXt.*.  After much messing around and  
looking in the Makefile I changed the order of "-L" statements so  
that /usr/X11/lib comes before /opt/local/lib.  Problem solved.

Dont'cha just love computers?

Any thoughts on how to get ./configure to not do this next time?  It  
always puts /opt/local/lib in front of /usr/X11/lib.
