[Xastir] version 1.9.4 on Ubuntu Mint

I tried that first. I shut down all the interfaces. and brought them backup. That didn't work so I shutdown the program. and after that I shutdown Ubuntu and brought it back up.

Try turning off "Interface->Enable Server Ports" and then turning it
back on again.  It's possible that the Xspider daemon died for some
reason.

If you haven't changed _anything_ in the xastir_udp_client
command-line, that's about all I can think of at the moment.
Haven't had my caffeine yet today though!
