[Xastir] Time stamp

Norm,

GO ahead and edit it, but make sure to keep a spare copy back so you can 
revert to the original when it gets bolluxed up.  That's how you learn 
to tweak it :-)

Plenty of help on here to get you through the initial rough spots.
