[Xastir] Maritime Charts on Xastir

I'm trying to figure out how to utilize maritime charts on Xastir.
Specifically I was looking at integrating the NOAA
(http://www.charts.noaa.gov/OnLineViewer/AtlanticCoastViewerTable.shtml)
charts.  Has anyone done this?
