[Xastir] standard to compressed

Thanks Tom, 

When I use the example shown my numbers dont match up with what is in the aprs 
101 doc. 


I come up with something totally different. First I would like to know what I'm 
doing wrong. I would like to convert my exisating Digi's to using the compressed 
format.

If you mean APRS Mic-E or Base-91 compressed posits, the place to look is
in the APRS Spec, which you can find at
