[Xastir] bit offtopic - any software for just soundmodem to aprs-is relaying?

Look for the javaprssrvr group on Yahoo, join, and work with Pete, AE5PL 
to get running. It's straightforward and reliable.  I run several 
instances, like First.aprs.net and the dedicated CWOP servers...
