[Xastir] interface: Igate to RF and unproto paths

hello.

I am looking for some documentation on the interface screen for the TNC

I am running xastir 1.99 & soundmodem 0.15-1 on Ubuntu 10.04.
Receive-only Igate.

there are three unproto paths and one igate ==> RF

can I have some examples of how these paths might be used, and how do
they effect messages bulletins sent out over the internet, and
receiving the same?

would these have any effect on getting bulletins out to RF in my area
(someone elses igate)?
