[Xastir] Xastir 2.0.0 on Arch Linux

As an aside. On my Slackware system, I've built Xastir with everything.
At least after I'd do configure and it said I was "missing" something for support of this or that, I'd get it and install it before making Xastir in
its' final form.

I've used the online 2006 version of the Tiger maps from TAMU because they were so easy for me the moron to get going.

When a "newer" version of Xastir comes out, I just ./configure, make,
make install and everything is still there except Xastir is at the newer version. A real easy thing for me to do. The maps are still in there.
