[Xastir] {Disarmed} Xastir Web Server up and running for testing

Hi All,

I have my web server running for testing purposes and thought I would share
it with all. I am utilizing the MySQL persistense support in xastir and
grabbing the data with php. I would like to thank all of you that helped me
get this far with some of the problems I had along the way. Please visit
http://64.138.250.196:8080  (sorry if its a slow connection) I would love to
hear your comments and/or ideas.
