[Xastir] So I built current

I had 2 or 3 Buffer Overflow crashes this week with xastir 1.9.8 too on 
Kubuntu 9.10. I thought It might have been me because of the heavy load 
I was putting on the machine while I was working on my web server 
script. If it happens again, I will capture the bash and share.
