[Xastir] soundmodem stops decoding

There are no boxes checked in either audio alarms or speech.
xastir does try to connect to a non-existant festival server upon startup though.

Is it possible that you have audio alerts or Festival enabled in
Xastir and it's trying to use the same soundcard?
