[Xastir] get-fcc-rac script (solved)

Naw, I just ran it from ~/src/xastir/scripts/ as root and it worked
just fine.

The trick is to run "./bootstrap.sh" first to run the various
autotools, which ends up creating "values.pl" which the script needs
in order to know where to install the databases.
