[Xastir] Moving vehicle speed

Hi Curt....have RESET the MFJ-1207B tnc using Minicom at the cmd: 
prompt....its fixed a few problems that were showing up in data that it 
was sending....

Tnx for your help...another lesson learnt with my old brain ;-)
