GPSD (Shared/Networked/USB GPS) ........ : no

I noticed that this line is no longer displayed as a result of the
configure.  Does that mean there is no need to install a 'libgps-dev'
or equivalent and build Xastir with it?  I'm not currently using GPSD,
but I'm thinking about trying it out.
