[Xastir] Xastir 1.9.9?

I saw reference to Xastir 1.9.9 I believe, but I can't seem to figure 
out how to check it out of CVS.

I keep getting 1.9.8.  I tried adding the -r RELASE flag, but no luck.

1.9.8 doesn't appear to have OMS in it???

Any help would be great.
