[Xastir] More weather stuff

I got it from here should provide local weather alerts for me but I 
haven't noticed anything just yet.

on this page look for "Geo files for US RIdge Radar maps from K1KWP 
<http://www.townisp.com/%7Ek1kwp/NWS_Ridge_geos.tar.gz>" It's in the 
local folder
