[Xastir] 1.9.4 and problem with new Ubuntu 10.04

In the HowTo for 10.04, there's a link to a script that will automate
the whole process of installing the CVS version of Xastir (currently
v1.99).  Be sure to remove the binary version with Synaptic before
installing the source version from CVS.
