[Xastir] assign tactical call to object (Rino)

I participated in a SAR conference over the weekend and one of the
teams was using Garmin Rinos. We hooked one up to my Xastir laptop,
and the Get Rino Positions feature worked great!

One thing I tried right away was assigning a tactical callsign to one
of the objects created by the Rino, but that button was grayed out and
not available to click on in the station details. I don't have Xastir
in front of me right now. Does this occur with all objects, or just
those created by the Rino waypoint code? Could this be changed so that
tactical callsigns can be assigned to Rino objects and not just
stations?

I had hoped to use a borrowed Garmin Astro unit, but couldn't get
gpsman to recognize and communicate with it. I had the same issue with
my Garmin 62s and a Rino 530HCx, though my 60CSx works fine via USB.
I may post something to the gpsman list about this. A Rino 130 worked
via serial, which is what we ended up attaching to Xastir.
