[Xastir] Mac OSX errors

After following your suggestion to blow the build away, I got Xastir to
successfully open up from the command line, with this read error however:

Indexing maps...
1 File could not be read
draw_geo_image_map:sscanf parsing error

But at least the config screen opens up.
Thanks!

Then, obviously, I am incorrect. I seem to recall there is a problem with
Macports installing db45- one must use an older version I believe. Macports
doesn't want to do it on 10.6.

After trying to build it all from source, mainly without a good instruction
set- what most linux/command line nerds seem to enjoy is watching newbies
such as myself struggle with substandard instructions and then snarky
comments when you ask a question; I gave up and used the binary.

Not sure how to make it work other than to knock out the file Jeremy
suggested, make sure the binary is in Applications and go from there. You
may need to find the hidden .xastir file- so check out how to do that in the
finder and you will be good as gold. Hopefully.
