[Xastir] help

i have a problem with my xastir for some reason. i had lost hard drive in a previous computer and had to switch it out now my iagte seems not to be working at all no. i see traffic comming in from the internet but anything i see from my tnc does not get sent to internet dont know where i have went wrong any help will be nice. i have in past about 90% of local traffic go through my igate and digi not i have none and lost where i went wrong
