[Xastir] Festival issue Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit options greyed out

Yeah, I don't know why 'play' wouldn't work for me this time - it had
worked for me before.  Maybe it's because I wasn't actually in Ubuntu
this time - was trying out Linux Mint 12.
