[Xastir] Problems?

Hi everybody

I recently put in a new Xastir on my Dell and it works great!

But I think I have a problem wit the FCC script. I enter,
  dlarson at dlarson-deskdell:~/src/xastir/scripts$ sudo ./get-fcc-rac.pl

Can't locate ./values.pl in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl

/usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 
/usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at ./get-fcc-rac.pl line 29.

I am at a loss to figure it out. Can somebody give me some hints to try?
