[Xastir] ax25 question

Thanks Ray!  That helped a lot.

I can now do something similar to

  # /usr/bin/axcall aprs k7xyz via sea

and see the transmitter get keyed, and I can do

  # /usr/bin/axlisten -c -a

and see the packets coming in.  The interface looks fine now except
when I try Xastir.

  socket: Operation not permitted
  Mon Jul 04 19:54:53 EDT 2011:
	  Interface Error!  Error opening interface 0 Hard Fail

The above happens even if I run xastir as root, so it does not appear
to be a permissions issue.  I'm on a 2.01 build from May, 2011.
