CVS, or Concurrent Versioning System.  It's the revision control system we use for Xastir sources.

If you're running CVS Xastir, you just go into your source directory and type "cvs update" and you get all the new changes.

If you're looking for anything brand-new, it's never on the Wiki.  The Wiki usually lags behind most other things.
