Just took a run through the sources and it's definitely "writen error", not "written error".  That's on purpose.  It's at the point where the interface code is trying to write to the server port.  I'd take a run through your process list and verify again that you don't have old processes hanging around, and check the Interface menu again to make sure "Enable Server Ports" is not enabled.
